Since it is not allowed to share ID and passwords, if a member passes then the account just stays here with no activity. I can't imagine suing for the earnings as perhaps it would not be enough and or worth the legal fees. If the account is not active for 90 days the earnings get instantly forfeited. As for what course of action one should take, I suppose Admin is the one to ask.

My dear Friend a day is coming when I will talk with your photo ahha...think what I am saying and you are right if 90 days no use account means earnings get instantly forfeited.

Yes earnings do get forefeited but the account stays here for as long as myLot is online. Inactive does not get anyone's account suspended.

So it's actually a good place to post your last will! I wonder what legal problems that would cause.

There was a discussion on here ages ago that was talking about a company that would look after all your online accounts and pass them on after you croaked it but I didn't see the point. I am sure most solicitors will deal with it to in your will if you so wish but then again I don't get it

I can always write down my user name, password, my paypal account password , user name in a notebook and keep it in safe custody[ in case anything happens to me]. THen whatever is my earning would automatically get transferred to my account and my closest person can get access to the money.

badwes is right it is 90 days. But no accounts get deleted of inactivity. The account only looses any earnings if one does not log in once before 90 days. But aside from that if after we pass the account remains here for as long as myLot is still online.

I don't think there's anything MyLot can do about it except for wait until someone logs onto the account and continues to post, and cashes it out that way. I don't think there's any responsibility on MyLot's half to make the family aware - because how would they, anyway? We are pretty much anonymous to MyLot except for our Paypal IDs anyway.

What if we suggested to the company of MyLot to donate all the income of a deceased member to family member. Is it possible?

There's a good thing on writing down passwords to these kind of emergencies, the family can have access later.
