Duped by a Business Partner

Last August was one of the most miserable time for me to date. I've been teaching online for about three years now but last year, 
Mrs. Min, a Korean became my business partner after the original one died in a VA. I was not able to see her personally because she was never interested in visiting our office here in the Philippines. The just suddenly last August 24 suddenly just closed off the homepage where we can find our students. At the same time, our skype account also became inaccessible. I didn't know what to feel since I was angry, hurt, etc. It was sudden. I was not afraid with not having a job. What was really bad was that I was left with all the bills. Also, I was not able to receive my August salary. I felt betrayed. Now I am trying to move on though it's hard. If you were in the same situation as I am in, what will you do?
