i would like to start writing a book of sorts.. i will start with a few lines then someone else writes a few lines then someone else and so on. lets just see how many people we can get to participate and see what kind of story we can write. on a dark and dreary nite i set out to go back home for thanksgiving to see my family. but no thanks to my stupid car.i couldnt make it the last 76 miles. the road seemed empty and no one was in site for the past 1/2 hour. suddendly my car seemed to clunk and bang and make these awful sounds as it came to a complete stop. i cursed and pounded my hands on the steering wheel. " is that all you got for me you stupid thing" i got out of my car and slammed the door and began walking along a road. it was pretty chilly. you could cut the nite air with a butter knife. out of nowhere came an eary sound. a sound like no other that i have heard. i turned towards the sound and i saw a dark figure standing there between the two tall almost eluminating pine trees. they seemed to protect the shadow from the light of the moon as to conceal him in the darkness......... you start
