Whenever we go out, my husband always makes sure that he uses the same color as what I'm wearing. And he loves it even more when we go out with the same shirt design. Sometimes I find it corny, but he pouts and tells me "so they know we are together". Yeah, like the wedding ring doesn't tell them that. But well, I still end up wearing the shirt.
How about you mylotters, do you dig having couples shirt or you find it corny? Do share your thoughts. Cheers!

Awww! That's actually really cute of your husband to do. In a way, it's sort of corny but at the same time it's such a cute thing that he wants to do. Don't be embarrassed by it because just think, it could be worse and he could be wanting to dress as unlike you as possible so it doesn't look like you two are a cute and happy couple. It's a sweet thing for him to do and you should be thankful to have someone who's so proud to tell the world you're together.

So true, I wouldn't want him to pick something different every single time. Maybe I'd be the one pouting and asking him why? hahaha! yah, I should be tahnkful. And I am.
Thanks for the comment! =)

Well actually me & my boyfriend always do color coordinate in some way...we dont actually have alot of the same patterns but I think its actually very cute. Yeah it can be corny too, and people will tease you or say little things but most of the time its cause they wish they had someone who would even take time to match them. I feel its a certain closeness and confidence that comes from a couple that doesnt mind matching when they go out. It shows the world your mine (like marking your territory, LOL) For me it has always been FUN and we been together almost 4yrs. If your not feeling it though, I would say be honest and let him know that. Its not for everyone and never do it and not feel comfortabl because it will eventually become something you will totally hate. Be grateful for those little things...these days people dont value love or have that cute, CORNY love :) and thats why so many marriages dont last. Love just isnt what it was back in the day so I embrace things like that. Maybe its just me but those little things are what helps us stay in LOVE :)

Nice to hear from someone who is actually into it. haha! 4 years, and going strong? That is nice! =) We are also going to celebrate our 4th year anniv as a couple in a few months. isn't it nice?
Going back to the topic, you are right, that confidence is a big part in not minding what others would say. Actually, I really don't mind the "same color" get up. It's the same pattern that I sometimes find a bit corny. But all is well, if my husband loves it, fine by me. =)
Plus, others, especially families and relatives, are already used to it. They actually notice it more if we are not wearing a matching clothes. haha!
Thanks for sharing Tmulley! Cheers! =)

Even though I am not a couple, I do say that is a pretty cool idea he did. I do not find it wrong wearing it but then people would know that both of you are together by holding hands and of course, the wedding ring. I do think though, that not everytime you guys should wear the same color/design shirts.

Well, I do think it's sweet that your husband wants to be so identified as being with you :) I guess that's a nice compliment, right? Me, personally, I don't like dressing the same as my partner... I don't feel comfortable doing that. In a way, "corny" isn't a bad word for it. I simply prefer to have my own style and my own identity and wish for my partner to do the same. As you've said, your wedding ring is a good indicator of togetherness
but, if you don't want him to always wear the same color or dress similar to you, spend more time holding hands when you're out, as one example - it, too, shows you are together and sense of touch is so good for the soul ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

See, so you know it's corny! haha! But ofcourse, since I love my husband, if that makes him happy, I'd gladly do it. =)
Cheers!

Depends of the occasion. Everyday can be kind of exhaustive and boring to use the same color of clothes, but if you don't mind and your husband like, I don't see no problem.
