I am torn between two writing sites, one is a revenue sharing program with good traffic exposure of the site while the other one pays higher because its per view but the site's traffic isn't good which makes me work hard on bookmarking my sites to have traffic.
If you were me, which one should I concentrate writing to. So far, I am just getting cents on my articles. I feel that it is much better to save my articles on my own blog rather than to continue my writing. Please help me decide which is more practical thing to do. I don't want to waste precious time, for me time is GOLD. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Strawberry, hard to say since you did not mention both sites.
You have to read the TOS carefully.
if both websites allow you to repost the content else or accept duplicate content, then you can write once, and post to both sites at the same time.
In this case, you will not be doing double work.

Hi Scheng, I do read TOS before I join any site. It's not the TOS that matters to me, its the pay which is the issue. It was really too small for an article which my mind says to stop it and just leave the site.
I am not after reposting articles even if that site allowed but it will also means divided traffic and that is what I don't like to happen. I can write fresh, new articles, there is no problem. But as I write, I needed to ask myself, is this site worth my article since I have reviewed the outcome for the past days which is really a pretty slow pace and I think its really not worth even if I am not that professional and perfect in my sentence structure, but I still rendered time for writing such

Actually I have heard about this too that reposting has its own negative effect, well I am sure its the quality because redundant articles have subdivided attention, one pulls one to another.
Even if you have said the viewers from different location can view both sites, the tendency is that one may get the traffic even more and push the other one aside leaving it at the bottom of the search result. That is why, I still suggest that a fresh new article is better than reposted articles.

Hi Strawberrychocodahi, you may try out for yourself.
If you have one article that does not have much traffic, such as page views below 20, then you can try reposting the exact article to another websites.
My experience is that reposting does not dilute readership in any way.
I have been writing continuously since February 2009, and have tried different websites.
Some of the articles are better off not reposting, since I have targeted a niche readership.
Some articles do well even if I repost to two different sites.
Since you are relatively new, you might as well experiment, and see what is best.

It's okay Henki, no problem. Since I am the thread starter, it is my responsibility to respond back to my posters, to get the discussion going and interesting! Have a nice day!

Having to manage traffic is a big issue. Probably, on that ground, I would go for the one that pays me higher per view, considering the two options. You can also retain the copyrights by posting them on your blog and monetize it. It would be a snail pace thing, if not better but at par with Triond and Bukisa.

Hi Cher, now you gave me more confusion, those two (Bukisa & E.C) are slow and both steady as I can see it, although my blog is not slow but sure is steady too

my idea would be going with pays higher with per view this is because you won't get more traffics all the time. and don't go for blog, it's boring and you can't really explore yourself with the world.
