Photography Tips and Information Please?

I am just starting out in photography as a hobby and possible source on income.
I know some things about photography, but definitely not a lot or everything. So, I am interested in learning more about photography and how I can become better.
What I would like are some photography tips. What should I take photos of and what I should avoid taking photos of... what should I make sure of... etc.
Anything that you guys can inform me of, suggest, or recommend... I would greatly appreciate.
I would love to hear from others who are involved in photography, or have knowledge of photography. However, anyone who can give me any kind of tips or information will be fine.

Go to Squidoo.com and Hubpages,com and search their sites for photography tips. Many of my friends there have written great articles . One wrote a hub on macro photograhy with an ordinary point and shoot digital camera. Someone else wrote a great lens where she shares what she'd learning in a class on nature photography. There is a lot of information on line free if you just search for it.

what you're in need of is some basic guidance from easy-to-understand-and-digest tutorials. seeing that you're good at navigating the internet, i would suggest you do a search on 'Basic Photography Tutorials', better yet, use the myLot search tool and you can potentially earn while you're doing your searches.
but if you just want to skip that and get started straight away, i would suggest this site: http://silverlight.co.uk/tutorials/toc.html
the way they explain stuff in the tutorials is pretty basic and easy to understand. have a go and try it out... most importantly you must practice, practice, practice. for only practice makes perfect! hey...most of us in the design industry are practicing everyday. some may claim to be good at what they do, and some may even claim to be the best. but even the best still do practice their craft every now and then too

There are tutorials online that you can watch on Youtube itself for beginners. By the way what cam do you use? is it a DSLR? I also like photography, but our cam is just a simple digital cam but has features that I can start with for good photography.
I do like to improve my skills also but I lack time to do so, but it is a very rewarding hobby once you have the learned the skills.

photography is one of the best tool to make your investments and a good hobby to start with. just use SLR camera and good zoom lens to make your pictures look good.

Do you know photoshop? It sure help a lot at photography and in case you do not just explore. and there is also this new thing called lightroom it is so cool. One more thing aahhh read a lot of books about photography. You can picture anything you want. I read pdf about photography and I also do some research w/ the help of internet. Wish that it help you
