Breeding Your Dogs

I have breed my dogs for a couple of years now. We stopped due to the age of the female. She is 12 now. Have you ever bred dogs and sold them and then regret selling to certain people? I'm a pretty good judge of people. So when I found out one puppy was being kicked, slapped and pinched I was mortified. I only have someones word but knowing this person I know it's true. I regret still to this day for selling this family a pet. I knew the kids were abused so I really should have known better. Have you had this happen to you?

I never had a litter in my home exactly because of that. I would be terrified to find out that the puppies bred and raised with love by me and my family were abused or something. I think it would be so difficult for me to let them go! Not to mention that our dog is a medium sized dog and there are not too many people interested in buying a medium sized dog. Most of them want small, fluffy dogs. What did you do with that puppy? Did you ask them to give it back to you?

We loved breeding our dogs. The puppies are delightful and a lot of fun. Letting them go is always hard. That puppy is still with the family and from what I've heard it's not treated the best. There was no way in getting the dog back because I didn't know where they lived. I learned from it though and got references from those who waned to buy a puppy from us.

I'm breeding American bully's and sell them, but once i sell them out, i should take it to consider that these people getting this dogs should be responsible enough. Thank god i haven't encountered problems like that. Anyway you should report that family to the law enforcers for animal cruelty.

That was a thought but it's getting proof/seeing it first hand. Hard to do.
