Pregnancy worries and concerns

I recently found out I was pregnant, of course I was happy, but it seems like one bad thing after another keeps occurring. I found out my blood type is O- so I had to take a shot for that, and I'll have to take 2 more shots in the future. I just recently found out my progesterone level is low, so now i have to take medicine for that.
Is this a bad sign that my pregnancy won't last? I am willing to try anything and everything to keep this a healthy pregnancy but it seems like I keep finding more and more bad news. It's starting to depress me because I want this baby more than anything but it already seems like I'm having complications this early on.
Has anyone been in this situation before and have had GOOD results and positive things to say to me? I could use a little encouragement right now.

Dont worry too much cause extreme feelings can also affect your baby. Just take care of yourself, go for your regular prenatal check ups, and follow doctor's precriptions and advise. because the baby depends in you,if you take god care of your mind and body, the wellness of the baby will follow. just don't forget to pray. Godbless to your pregnancy.

Thank you for your reply, Evanfred. :) Yeah, I have been resting, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and doing everything my doctor says. I did get some good news today. My hcg levels are perfect. I am now taking medicine for my progesterone levels to come up a little bit. Hopefully it helps! Thank you :)

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I know midwives keep a close eye on each pregnant lady to make sure she and her baby are well. With a minus blood group they don't want there to be a problem if your baby has a plus blood group. This could happen if your partner has a plus blood group. These shots will solve any problem regarding this. My sister has a negative blood group and she has had four successful pregnancies. They can get your progesterone levels higher. Midwives are very clever and helpful. I suggest you eat a healthy diet and do light exercise like walking and swimming. I think you need relaxation and to look forward to seeing your healthy baby at the end of your pregnancy.

Thank you very much maximax! I feel really relieved by reading your reply. It's nice to know that your sister had a negative blood group and had four successful pregnancies. It gives me hope knowing that these shots really will help and won't harm the pregnancy. I just wish I was a whole lot smarter with all of this so I didn't have to rely heavily on my doctor and what they suggest. I hate not having control and knowing what will be best for my baby. I guess I have to listen to my doctor because they are experienced. I have been resting a lot and eating healthy and exercising lightly. I hope everything turns out okay for me.
Thank you again for the reply and encouragement. I feel much better knowing that someone else has been in the same situation as me with the whole negative blood type and getting those shots and everything turned out great. :)

Firstly congrats on your pregnancy. I am sorry to hear that so many issues have arise since you discovered the pregnancy. I would say to try as hard as possible to remain as calm as possible. Added stress and nervousness will not be good for the baby.
It won't be difficult but say to your self that whatever the doctor says I need to do is what I have to do for the baby sake. If you feel uncomfortable with your doctor and or you feel you are not being completely informed, it is okay to see a different one.
Best of luck with your baby, and positive thinking also can help.

Thanks hardworkinggurl! I am so excited to be pregnant! I feel like my doctor is doing what needs to be done, I just hate doing the unknown and not being able to know if what they say is true or not. I moved away from my doctor, so I had to get a new one, so I guess I'm just having a little trust issues from having a new doctor.
Thanks again and I guess I'll try to start thinking positively even though it's hard to do! :)

Thanks ekoytyas, me too! This is my first pregnancy, so I'm probably being more concerned than someone who has gone through a pregnancy before. I'm just going to take it one day at a time. :)
Thanks for the reply, have a nice day!
