which forum accept posting referral link?

Hi everyone
I have joined some ptc site. In VietNam I can just make money online with PTC, There is no other way.
Now I need to refer to someone else to make more money but I do not know where I can post my links.
Who know please tell me which well-known forum I can post referral link ?

There is a simple way to get around this, post your links in the signature and people might to see it and they might join you. However you might be frustrated if the referral is not active. If you have a good site, why not do a referral exchange. Perhaps if it sites I have not joined I might join under you.
