Easy instructions when changing TV, phone and BB

I have just changed my provider to Sky: www.sky.com because there is a great deal on at the moment I didn't want to miss. My former provider, who shall remain nameless, didn't come up to scratch, as there were almost daily problems with the TV reception. (Anyway, that is not what I want to discuss here.) When the 'box' for my BB arrived I was very pleased to see little labels on all the cables telling me: 'I am a . . . and this is what I do . . .' At last, some clear instructions! How many times have we struggled with this wire and that plug and clearly had no idea what we were doing!
I love words and I rejoice to see when someone takes the time to explain things to the layman. We are not all 'techie-heads'! If manufacturers increasingly expect us to do it ourselves, they must provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions with their products.
Have you come across some of these 'caring' manufacturers?

that is really nice and i think you have saved more money with this. i also need to change my tv and mobile phone, its been a five years since i used these devices.
