I have dogs at home but I wanted to have a new one. I planned to buy a Chow chow dog. Are Chow dogs easy to handle?

I don't have any personal experience with chows, but I have heard that they can be quite mean, especially toward other dogs/animals. So I'm not sure a Chow would be the best breed to get if you have other dogs. What breeds are your other dogs? And also, what are you looking for in a new dog? do you want an exercise partner, a couch potato? Do you have time to brush it daily, or do you want a dog with short hair? Lots of things to consider when getting a dog.

No problem
Would love to see what dog you choose! And of course pictures are always welcome!

Chow chow needs a cold place, so their fur won't fall out. And then you need to take extra attention to the fur below their muzzle. Because it always getting wet after they drink water or eat wet food.
Chow chow is an arrogant dog, and sometimes do not care about the circumstances surrounding. We should approach slowly to them. It's not like Golden Ret. that will come to you easily, Chow chow won't be like that. So we should start first.

Yeah, Golden Retriever is friendly dog, and family dog.
If you have a family, Golden ret. is the best.
Chow chow didn't like children much. And won't play with them.
I have 4 chow chow in my home. 1 mommy chowchow, 1 male chow chow, and 2 young chow chow. From the 4, just one that will play ball, the others refuse to take it. ,
