Yay! My little dog is growing up. He has his second birthday October 3rd. I remember when I first got him and his first birthday. We don't throw him a party or anything but we do love him so we do celebrate his birth into this world. We used some of the dog food my mom sent me in the mail. She bought some doggy food that is in those little dishes so we gave our dog Max one of those.

I hope you mean a dog ice cream cake and not a human one. That is cool, happy birthday to your doggie, my birthday is the day of your dogs birthday.

I dont think it is correct to say that human food will kill dogs because dogs are not really different from humans.Yes i agree that chocolates can make a dog sick but giving vanilla ice cream does nothing to dog, believe me.I have been giving him ice creams for a while now and he doesnt show any illness but i agree some food cause diarrhea to him, which i will avoid. ALso, a lot of people in internet says that milk is very bad for dogs! My dog has been drinking at least 1 glass of milk per day for past 10 years and he never had any problem. You know what is funny? my dog gets diarrhea when i give him non vegetarian food! That means dogs that are raised as pure vegetarian cannot tolerate non-veg food, just like humans.

My dog doesn't have friends, I don't think I could afford to feed them as well if he did. But at least he has a good little treat.

We have always celebrated the birthdays of my first dog. I remember that we used to throw a party with cake and snacks. We invited ours friends and put the candles on the cake and sang happy birthday. Our actual dog, we never throw a party to her, but we always celebrate buying her favorite dog snacks.

Any dog that I've had we always celebrate there birthday and even if we didn't know the birthday we used the day that we got them on as there birthday. We never did cake or throw a party we just got some kind of doggy treat or a good meal that we normally don't feed them. My dog got one of those fancy dog meals in a pack to give our dog.

Congratulations. I never celebrate my dog's birthday. But there is a lot of way to celebrate dog's birthday, we can give them a birthday cake. I have seen it, it is so cute and I want it. But there is no one selling dog birthday cake in my town. . . Happy Birthday Max!

You can get dog cookies a lot of pet store sell real cookies that look like we would eat them but they are for dogs and dog ice cream. Normally we get cookies or some kind of dog treat. I would go as far as getting a cake but that is cool if people can afford that or learn how to make it, if they don't want to pay someone to do it. I once made dog cookies by hand.
