Where do you get referrals?

To everyone who have been into online earnings like PTC's, forums, surveys, etc. How do you get referrals? and Where do you get them? Please give me tips. Thanks!

Hi Ruri, I never get a referral. The only I referred was my friend and he just posted a single discussion. I really don't know how to refer people. best of luck.

Same, its just like not much people are into earning anymore... I've got 3 referrals for one program, but 2 never do anything and 1 has only earned me 1 cent. Like, others, I also have a blog, though it doesn't work as well for me...

I have my own blog where I discuss about money making programs and that's where I get my referrals to the programs I joined.
