you should avoid over eating because it causes many health related problems.eating more than what you need will always make you to feel lazy and you may suffer with obesity problems which is the main cause for all diseases.you can divide your stomach into three parts.one part for food, another part for water and leave the third part empty.by following this you can overcome your drowsiness.

Really? I did not know that food can make you drowsy I hust thought plenty of food can make you fat. Come to think of it I think that I feel drowsy too sometimes. My mother use to tell me "Eat like a king at breakfast, eat like a queen at lunch and last eat like a princess" Maybe that will help :D

The only advice to give here would be to not eat so much that drowsiness would be an issue afterwards..Of Course,You could always take an after dinner Nap and make the most of it!

I remember reading somewhere that you feel tired after eating because blood leaves your brain to help digest food. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I do remember seeing it somewhere a while ago. I know that I usually get tired most of the times after eating a big meal and I always feel like taking a nap or just relaxing.
