Do someone know something about SEFI which referred to microelectronics?

Now i am starting a subject referred to SEFI. but it also troubles me that it is hard to find some material about this. it is about the radiation hardened integrated circuit. it is completely new area to me. i am now asking help from you. can you offer me some material about this or just tell me how to get information about this.

Given the Military applications of this type of technology,where current information (And Scifi movies like "The Matrix") indicates electronic components would be disabled or fried by an EMP,maybe research and info on the subject would still be classified? Good luck with your research..
