Anyone addicated to this? I am. I find it the perfect way to get fit and keep fit, its like having a personal trainer with you and you can keep track of how many calories you are burning off as you do the workouts/ exercises and fun games. Its very good as all the family can join in and keep fit together.

I have my wii fit but I wouldn't say I'm addicted to it. i also have the kinnect for xbox which works about the same but no board to stop on. Both are good exercise if you stick to it. I lose my motivation to do it. Or I get bugged by the kids watching me and they either want to try it so they keep bugging me or they want to tell me how to do it because they think they could do it better lol. I am trying to get back in the swing of things though so I hope to start using it more.

Mmmm the children can get in nthe way as you say, I try and have a go in the mornings by getting up early in the morning before the children and a go after the children have gone to bed. I find it good to wind down in the evenings. Haven't got a xbox

The wiifit plus is a games and excercised you can do through the telly. Its good as you can play as a family or by yourself. Its good as you can lose weight and it shows the calories you lose. Its a good way to work out without leaving the house and you can fit it in when you have the free time without having to enroll in a class outside the house.

I am just now being reminded of this. I bought the wii last year and planned on getting the fit plus along with it. Just had not and forgot all about it. Until now! Yay. I will be getting it now. Since I have been trying to lose weight for so long and need a fun way to work on this that I can keep up with. Being more fun and not so easy to give up due to being bored or discouraged.

Hi Anne, I agree fun game is a perfect way to keep body fit. To do something alone is really monotonous. Your suggestion is good. Thanks.

You must want to make your body look attractive. Am I right? There are many upsides to playing WiiFit. I'm a WiiFit addict who can't get enough of it. Every day, I play all the courses including, Yoga, Skiing, and balancing. In a single day, I will play at the most 4 hours on it. Its gotten so bad that I am not willing to share the TV set with anyone else. There hardly is a day when I don't use it. Even when I have to go on trips, I will pack my Wii Console and Hand Held Remotes into the baggage and bring it to my destination..... Wowwwww, what a workout.

I have the same one but not Wii. It's Xbox Kinect. I have several games for my body and health. Like yoga, sports, and ultimate workout. After playing these games, my muscles will be sore the next day. I love it. I don't have to go to the gym to be fit.

I also have wiifit plus but i dun really like the games and you can cheat the running by just swinging your handle so it's not very effective as a exercising tools.

Yes you can cheat at the running etc BUT..... At the end of the day the only person you are cheating on is yourself

I have the Wii Fit, but I have not been able to use it or hook it up yet because I haven't had the time. I really should though because I really do need to get back into shape.

Have got back into shape, feel good and am now keeping up with it. Watching my diet as well. all helps. Good lick and hope you find time

I know where you are coming from. I didn't think I had the time to work out. The good thing with the wiifit plus and working out from home you can do it when you have time or when you feel you want to without leaving the house. You are in total control of it and can fit it in where and if you want to. Good luck

I wish I had the money for it. I haven't tried the new plus stuff yet. But I subbed in a high school and they gym teacher had me using it with the students. I got to see bowling, tennis, golf, and boxing. They were pretty neat. Wish I could afford it.

I love dancing and Martial Arts. So I put on dance music and have a great time. I go to T'ai chi class quite often. I can barter or not leave any $ if I'm broke and make up for it next time.

I just got a Wii Fit but I haven't used it yet. So, you definitely recommend it then? I need to put it on when the kids are at school. That way they won't interrupt me when I am trying to do the exercises. Lord knows I need to lose alot of weight. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

Hope you get on well with it and loose some weight, it really helped me. The children are very good at getting in the way of excersinig thats why I wait until they are in bed and get up early to do the wii fit. It is nice that the children want to be enclued but they do get it the way sometimes and take over.

I love it, but the only issue that I have is that I never have time for it. I wish I did, since it is so much fun. I also think that it is a way to help make working out fun. I do think that they should have come out with the game sooner than they did.

Agree with you, I wouldn't even try yoga etc unless I had the Wii. I have even named my trainer, how sad am I?

You are correct it can take over sometimes, when I first started and the children went ot bed earlier I used ot do three hours (most it will let you do) as I sued to get lost in it, hubby used to text me and say I bet you are still on that wii!!!

I don't think that is sad it's a way of personalising the Wii. The Wii fit is certainly a very good way of exercising and it helps you to do the overexercises the right way. Just beware of letting it take over your life, you can over exercise.
