Breathing Exercise

a friend told me that it is possible to lose weight through breathing exercise. And she doesn't mean yoga. Just plainly doing the "inhale, hold breath, count 1-8, then exhale, hold breath, count 1-8"
Do you think it is really possible to lose weight just by doing that? What's your take on this?

Guess she told you about the famous breating exercises taught by Ramdeb Baba of India, they are simple breathing exercises, it sets your weight right, means if you are overweight you lose, if underweigt you gain, pm me, i can send you a guide..

It doesn't seem possible. But what have you got to lose? Try it and see what happens and let us know. I'm sure many people would like such a simple solution if it really worked.
