Sad to hear that the man behind the success of Apple has passed away. He was the best CEO that Apple had so far. Whatever legacy that he left behind, I hope that his successor will be able to continue it if not surpass it.
Congratulations for a job well done. You left the world with so much inspiration to the young. God be with you in your next journey.

One of the greatest minds in the history of technology.
He was so young at the age of 56 and yet his brilliant contributions has brought us the Mac, the iPod, the iPad, Pixar, iTunes. He will be remembered all throughout and his legacy will continue.
Such a sad thing that he succumb to that treacherous C. May his soul rest in peace.

Yea I felt bad and was shocked when I heard this news today from the news. He was really cool CEO and be proud of the best of the iphones (even though I would never buy them) and ipods (now this I bought) he made. I wonder what they will become later on in the future. I hope they don't go slow speed.

I am so shocked to read this. The title caught my attention when I logged in to Mylot. It is certainly a big loss for the world.Steve Jobs was probably one of the most brilliant men,a colossus who walked the earth. His mind I believe ran at the pace of a computer.Sad to hear that he has passed away.He had been suffering for long.May his soul rest in peace.I hope his legacy will uphold the reputation and standard of Apple and realize his dreams that have remained unfulfilled.

Steve Jobs has been the top visionary of the last few decades. He started with the Apple Computers and the Mac revolution. Then in his second coming he gave us the iPod, iPad and the iPhone. He also revolutionized the music industry with the iTunes. Finally he was also behind the animation movie revolution as the head of Pixar Studios which gave us movies like Toy Story, Monsters Inc. and Ice Age.
Steve Jobs, Rest in Peace.
Cheers!

I really wish I had held on to the stock I had in the very early days of Apple rather than selling it for a few hundred dollars profit(it would probably be worth millions now). I was new to investing back then but I was the one who brought Apple to the attention of my broker. I bet because of me some of his clients made a lot of money. Yes Jobs was certainly an innovator. I have always been a PC guy and not an Apple guy but his phones, etc. have certainly made an impact. I was an investor in Pixar and now have stock in Disney because they took Pixar over.

He had taught us so many things, his life has been very inspirational for us. Destiny had set this auspicious day of Vijaya Dashmi for him, only the soul has left the body, the hard work, honesty, creativity and innovations are still with us and he will be remembered for centuries.
Here is one of his inspirational video, I would request everyone to watch it at least once:

This is a very sad news . He went through a lot of suffering . His biological mother left him after his birth . Grew up with his foster parents . Brought a revolution in the world of information technology . Then attacked by illness . Got a kidney transplant and then again liver cancer . May his soul rest in peace .
