most of the people were blaming local government and officials about what happened during the typhoon they insist that damage will be less if the local government prepared and the initiative would be on the officials to prepare people in their area but in my opinion they were not be the one to blame coz even if they prepare they can still dont know what will be the next thing happen or predict how the damage or how strong the destruction of the typhoon will be

Unless there is some advanced technology to predict the accurate nature of the destruction, it will be difficult for any government to predict the after effects of a typhoon.
So, it is of no use blaming the government in these type of matters. Lets hope such technology would be developed soon so that one doesn't have to go through the difficult times.

blaming will not do and bring any good to the plight of the victims. i think preparations help a lot, but only to a certain extent. the disaster was too much for any preparation to contain. even the most advanced countries could not prepare for such strong typhoon. for me, let's stop blaming and do what we can to help others. let's learn from this experience too.
