Hi prokat! First of all, it's never wrong to be asking somebody to teach you english, secondly, there's nothing wrong with that. Mylot is really friendly and it's against the rules here if someone bashes another about his/her poor english. So, don't hesitate to write your thoughts. The key to learn is to read a lot of good English, may it be a discussion or articles on the web, learn a lot of vocabulary and use it on your own. Eventually, you will see how you improve! More power to you and just continue writing! That's how I learned myself.

I think writing everyday on here will help you to learn good English. English is a mixture of all different languages. There is latin, greek, french and german. Mylot is a great place to find material to write about with the responses and so forth. Good luck to you!

IT's easy as well as complicated to learn english in mylot. Though everybody is communicating in english, but u won't know who are using the right words and who isn't. U have to observe, learn as u comment or post discussions. As long as we understand what u are trying to convey, that will be a good start. Following which, it will be time string words to form proper sentences. U will learn along the way. TAke your time.

Hello Prokat, Firstly i would like to say that ENGLISH is not a very difficult language to learn.It is not my first language though i manage to write and speak ENGLIGH.I am not expert in ENGLISH but still i manage to talk and interact with people. As ENGLISH is spoken in most of the country so one should have the knowledge of it.By your writting style i feel that you have the basic knowledge of the language but you need practice and that you can do by interacting with people in your sarroundings as it will help you a lot.Moreover MYLOT is right platform and you would be able to improve your writting skills here.So post and interact as many people you can to learn more and enhance your knowledge.

Prokat, feel free to ask me questions. I used to be an English teacher, and I have also tutored a Vietnamese family who came to America. You can PM me if you wish with questions. You have received good advice from others, too. Practice reading simple English books. Pay attention to the word order. Read the words out loud to yourself so you realize how the language sounds. You will get the hang of it. Do you have a good English dictionary that translates words from your language? That is very important.
