My thoughts:
No, Kelly's Army's doing the right thing. This should be the next "Rodney King," esp with Kelly being *BEATEN TO DEATH!* The pressure NEEDS to be kept up. Too often, cops act worse than the criminals they allegedly protect us from, as this example says. The police are supposed to "serve and protect the public," and when they fail that, or worse, like this, they need to be held into account. These cops need to know that they can't run around, like murderous thugs with badges. They are NOT above the law, nor are they the law. When they commit a crime, or abuse their power, then they need to be held to the same law as everyone else. Who watches the watchmen? EVERYONE!

As far as I know, in several case, polices are "allowed" to "kill" someone under the name of laws. Of course, several regulation and policies is applied, so polices shouldn't misuse the power or not doing power abuse.
I don't really know about this case above, is it kind of power abuse, or maybe some kind of personal problems between them?

Yes this is true, but the very very sad part is that they do get away with everything because they have more on their side to protect them in anything they do. Its so sad and I dont want to stand for it. But what can we do? The whole justice system works with one another and that makes us the bottom of the food chain.
