This should be the next "Rodney King," esp with Kelly being *BEATEN TO DEATH!* The pressure NEEDS to be kept up. Too often, cops act worse than the criminals they allegedly protect us from, as this example says. The police are supposed to "serve and protect the public," and when they fail that, or worse, like this, they need to be held into account. These cops need to know that they can't run around, like murderous thugs with badges. They are NOT above the law, nor are they the law. When they commit a crime, or abuse their power, then they need to be held to the same law as everyone else. Who watches the watchmen? EVERYONE!
