what's wrong with Land Transportation Office of the Philippines? if you will bribe the officers, you won't have to undergo the required seminar, the test drive and they will give you cheat for the exam! don't they know that it's people's lives are at stake? lots of drivers don't even know what a pedestrian lane is! don't they even know that someday they can be the victims, or worse their love ones to these mindless drivers without seminars just because they pay a bribe?! tsk tsk tsk

Corruptions is really eating deep into the fabrics of our society. I think the civil society must do something drastic to stop the trend by either refusing to accept bribes or reporting officer that are caught taking bribes.Interestingly, corruption have

as much as we want not to bribe, but they will intentionally delay our applications if we won't pay. so as to avoid hassles, there's nothing we can do but to pay :(
