hello.
maybe you think too much or the stress you bear is too heavy.you can take some time to make yourself relaxed, for example, you can take a trip with your friends.you can listen to music and watch a comedy in your leisure time.
you shouldn't think too much before you get to bed and don't play with something too high .

Hi, you can try eat some bananas. Scientist said that banana is good for health, contain natural sugars and fibre and give instant boost for energy. My 9 years old cousin was really hate to eat her meals, she only drink milk and eat bananas or biscuits. She can have 4 or 5 bananas a day and she was very energetic, almost never get sick like any other kids.

You can normally get more energy by getting more exercise and drinking more water, this increases your energy levels because it helps with your metabolism. If you think your problem is low metabolism send me a message and I will send you a link to an article about ways to increase your metabolism levels.

Maybe you sleep too late at night. Even though you have at least 8 hours of sleep, but if the time you go to sleep is also too late, the you will really feel exhausted. Maybe your work is too tiring. In order for you not to feel exhausted, you have to rest your body, eat healthy foods, and drink plenty of water.

I think your in lack of "B12" and "iron" on top of multivitamins. And Have a good diet. And exercise is help to have more oxygen in your lungs and muscles. I don't know what is your life style so it is hard to tell what you have in lack in your system.
