how to learn my english?

i have learned english for eight years,to be honest ,i also feel losing face to say it .i have pasted CET4 and CET6,but my spoken English is not very well,and i cannot read pure english news paper,even i cannot learn a english songs ,it is a pity becausu i love enlish songs.who can help me ?in fact,i really love learning english.

You can try watch all pure English movies. Also try youtube videos. But the best way to learn English is to practice it. You can try talk to your friends in English. Do not watch telenovelas that speaks your local tongue. Read only English papers. Good luck!

I can see that you are a Chinese. I think that we focus so much on the grammar and we hardly practise the spoken English. What we have learned is not so practical. You shall try to find more chances to practise your English. Since today there is the internet, so the world is smaller. You can easily find foreign friends to practise your English. Don't be afraid because it doesn't matter that you make mistakes. As long as others can understand it, it is a success. And practice makes the perfect.

i am a chinese ,and i love my country too,though there are many bad things making us feel uncomfortable,but that is ok ,i think china is great as well .
i agree with you that what we have learned is not so practical,not only english,but also many subjects,what we should do is just to find chance to practice more,so i think mylot may be the right place .

Thats not enough.. You should speak it in your house with family members. If we use it daily, it will easy to learn. Or if we talk,there are no use to learn more English...
And listen English songs..(I also like to listen English songs).. If you can, see English movie...

I can relate with you because before i can't speak fluent in English but now i improve a lot taken from the advice of my friend. I have learned from my friend that i must practice it by more on listening especially on children's song and story which is not very elaborate. And when you want to learn vocabulary you must write it in phrases in order for you to know how it is use in sentence. And the most important thing i have learned is you must enjoy it and relax.
