Do you have any suggestions for this? I know that there are a lot of natural ways out there on how to prevent and/or cure hypertension but do you any best practices? How about herbal medicines, any suggestions?

There are good herbal medicines to lower blodd pressure. Even drinking green tea has very good herbal value, I am told. I do like drinking green tea a few cups a day. Atleast, that is very refreshing. The way which is very good for keeping the blood pressure under control is meditation. I practise meditation every evening after I get back home from work.

My brother had this sickness and he use cucumber. He just eat it or made some juice (without sugar). Seem work because he not use medicines anymore (his blood pressure look normal).
But remember when we had this kind of sickness, we also must control our food. If not, everything we done become useless.

Garlic is what we recommend when we do our home visit during our community duty as a second year nursing students.
Also, tolerable exercises such as walking, jogging, swimming (i think) and so on. Do not engage in strenous exercises like lifting weights.

There are natural ways to lower blood pressure like garlic and eating veggies but never self medicate yourself. Consider still your physician with regards on taking natural food supplements and herbal products to be safe.
For us, we do recommend Tiens Codyceps, Tiens Chitosan and Tiens Hypotension apparatus which lowers the blood pressure and strengthens the lungs, heart, kidney and liver. It is a traditional Chinese medicine which has been used for centuries but was revolutionized by new technology. But as I have said, consult your physician first.
