Hey guys! Do you believe in OBE or Out of Body Experience? Have you ever experience these kind of things? Is it scary? How exactly is it? I want to know and compare what happened to me most of the time. Thanks!

ya even i havent experienced it myself but my brothers best friend has actually experienced it, i'm not sure how many times.
He told my brother he was out and up flying looking over himself sleeping and thats all i remember and it really happened he says.
but the guy was diagnosed with really serious depression lately and the depression was scary, i have a feeling it was part of the depression symptoms i guess.

the guy was studying abroad, he was sitting on some bus stand when suddenly he saw aliens telling him to do stuff, he slammed his laptop on to the stand ,tried to destroy everything around him and was taken by police and then sent home. Now, he is being treated and even visited my place once, he is better he says.
He was abused in his childhood by some relative which caused him that depression and he was unaware about having problems but brother says he had problems as whenever he told brother he was out partying, he was home alone and stuff like that.
what exactly do you do when you're out of the body? just curious :)
you might not be depressed i dont know, i'll say enjoy it, dont be scared

Hah! I got scared when you say the guy was diagnosed with serious depression. I've come to check myself if I am depressed or what but I think I am not. It has been happening to me since I'm 16 and I am 27 now.

I believe in it, trust in it, find it normal. Which also means it's not scary.
I don't know if all people have the same experience, I am able to leave and make a visit out of my body. Others say they saw me come in or woke up and saw me.
I don't have an explanation for that. It is like it is.

Once, I was like sleeping and I saw myself like if I divided myself and I was watching myself sleeping from my room ceiling. I thought it was a dream, because it happened long ago and I didn't know about OBE and stuff, but then I was telling it to someone, and that person said something like that happened to her, but she got scared and woke up suddenly. I have read of some persons that have lived this same thing.
