The question is, can you have two different PAN card no? this is what pisses my hubby since he is having a problem on his own paypal account. It shows always that he needs to enter a new pan number, and how can that be?
His account was limited because of this conflict in PAN card number, he keeps trying to use the existing PAN number but was saying enter new number, huwwaaaaaaaaaat?

frankly speaking i can't understand how are you predicting all these before listening my problem????actually i am worrying about my existing paypal account due to security reason ..that's why i was thinking to create another one if possible....anyways thank you for giving response ..i am not here putting questions just for time pass.....

Actually you are the one that did not get what I am trying to say, I asked you why you needed to put a new account in Paypal when in fact in India, you are required to enter your Pancard details and bank account. Its okay if you have two bank accounts, but PAN card is the issue here, YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE ONLY ONE PAN ID, am I right

I am not predicting, It is PLAIN FACT and TRUTH that your government and RBI has restricted Paypal due to Terrorist using P.P. as means of funding
, so what is the use of applying TWO PAYPAL accounts? do you get me or you still have no clue what I am talking about??? I did not even say anything about YOU putting nonsense questions.. so whats with that time pass thingy?

Generally, for all Paypal members, we can't have two Paypal accounts with same bank account. We have to make it different, as stated here: https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp?cmd=_help&solutionId=12730&t=solutionTab
Can I have multiple PayPal accounts?
Yes. You can have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. You can add more email addresses, debit or credit cards, and bank accounts to your account, but each account must have its own email address and financial information. You can also upgrade your Personal account to a Premier or Business account.
But I red some other issue for Indian members from responses above: PAN ID. It seems you can only have one PAN ID. So, maybe the alternate way is by using/borrowing Paypal Account of your family members.. Even they have none, you can create one with information detail from them..

that will not be allowed since Paypal said that the name of the Pan card should be the same person using the Paypal account, so how can you borrow your other family's PAN ID?

I was saying about "using/borrowing Paypal Account of your family members" and not about borrowing PAN ID..
It is something like: Your brother has no Paypal yet. And then you create one for your brother, and of course under his name. But later you borrow "his" Paypal account for your earning activity..

I am not sure but I think you can not. You can just make 2 PP acc if you change your ip and delete cookie every times you sign in. But I think you can not withraw to 1 bank account.
