kids want more time

i work in a call center and its taking too much of my time. i have a strong relationship with my kids and it kills me every time we are having some good time and one of them will ask "mommy, you have work today?" i cant look straight to their eyes everytime i have to answer yes. I'm seeking for help so i can answer my kids yes without turning their good moods into bad, its hard coz they have to sleep at night without me and their dad (he also works at night)

ok friend you work in a call center, you mentioned you kids that they every time calling you, where is kids father that you is responsible alone for kids?

It's really sad but if you have to work, there's no solution. You might want to do something really amusing on the weekends? - or any other time you don't have to work. And remind them that you'll be there then and it'll be a great time. I think it's sweet that you miss your children and they miss you, but I don't think there's a solution. Give it time. They might get used to it sooner or later.
