Hiya!
I havent been able to watch TV lately but I do agree that talent shows are invading the silver screens, next to situational reality shows. At least talent shows really find those individuals with unique or exceptional talent.
As for the X-Factor better than Idol, well, I did notice that X-Factor winners actually become successful after they win the show. But for Idol, the runner ups are the ones who get big successful careers after the show as compared to the actual Idol winner.
That's just my observation anyway^_^

The live shows in the English one start tomorrow night, two and half hours of tv to watch. Can't wait and then some more on sunday. There is a big twist this year, I have just read about it but I won't spoil it for you. BUT its going to be GOOD.

Talent show is very popular on TV. It provides opportunities for common boys and girls to show the sparkles and brightness of their youngth.
