hey there! I have been looking to get Garry's Mod on steam as a gift, Can anyone tell me how you do? To payment after payment, what heppen? what will I do?

You would need a friend to get a gift. Get a friend who can afford a gift for his friend. Your friend will need to buy Garry's Mod, then select it to be sent to you as a gift.
I got this from the time when I was given a copy of Portal by my friend.
