Do you ever cheated by anybody without returning your money ???

Hi... I gave money to my school mate 50000 rupees a year back . He was slowly returning the money by giving 500 rupees now and then. He returned a sum of 25000 rupees. for last 4 months he didnot give any money. I asked him today about it. He said he had returned me all amount (50000). I was shocked hearing this. he argued for 10 mns. I was misreable and vexed. even if had taken still more years ! to return the money i would not be bothered. But his statement made me feel very sad !!!... Have you anybody faced such kind of situation???
