If given a chance to travel to 5 destinations in 14 days, What countries or cities would you want to visit? In my case, I want to visit a city where I can feel relax while enjoying the scenery. I want a city where there are friendly and hospitable citizens. A city or country that is worth traveling for. Asian and European cities are said to be the best especially in terms of historical places and breathtaking views. What countries and cities would you want to visit? and why?

I would like to visit England because I regret not going when we had the opportunity. I decided to stick with something we can do over again next time over the trip that is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I would like to go to Mexico and go the seaside part of it. The beach resorts are fun to go and stay at. I was pretty upset we didn't go this year.

Wow. England sure is a nice place. I've heard that there are a lot of nice places there. I would want to go there too. Too bad you weren't able to go there when you had the opportunity. Why didn't you go? Mexico is nice too. I've seen pictures of it because my friend went there and it's really nice. The infinity pools were really nice to look at and also, the villas there.

Let us see... 14 days is too short for 5 destinations bu it can be done. If I have 14 days to visit 5 cities or countries, I will visit Kuala lumpur, Singapore, Bali, Bangkok and Phuket. I chose these destinations because it is near my home country so I wouldn't spend much time traveling. I mixed these cities to have balance between city life and relaxation. We go to Kuala just for fun, sightseeing and food trip. Next is Singapore. There are so many things to do in Singapore and so many sights to see such as Sentosa, Universal Studios, Merlion, Esplanade, Singapore Eye, Night Safari. Allotting 3 days for this would be very tiresome. So we need to relax. We go to Bali, Indonesia. Experience the island life, have fun, soak up all the sun and be merry. hehehe... Then we go to Bangkok and go back to city life. Visit temples, go shopping and learn about their culture. And nothing is more relaxing than to end your trip lounging in the island paradise known as Phuket.

Too bad you missed the offer. This is a nice combination for this short period of time and it is a bit cheap(that is if you are staying in the Philippines). I have tried a mini version of it. Have tried going to Kuala lumpur, Singapore and Phuket in a week. It was short but it was worth it... Next time, I will try Singapore, Bali and Jakarta in a week because I can't do a straight 14 day vacation due to work...hehehe...

Yeah I know. What part of the Philippines are you from? You're so lucky that you've been to many places already. I've been thinking of going to Singapore, but I'm not yet sure when. Maybe by next year.

I'm really amazed with what you've wrote. Reading it seems like I've been to the different places you've mentioned already. My aunt has invited me to the same places you've mentioned few months ago. I was really excited when she told me that because in just 14 days, I would be able to visit 5 different countries. But sadly, I wasn't able to go because I was too busy with work. Maybe next time, I'll be able to go to those places already. :)

I would love to travel to Rome, France, some parts of England. I am looking forward to visit the countrysides of New Zealand, Chile, Switzerland. Those places that are laid-back, with vast greenery. I love to taste their delicacies such as pasta with cheese, cheese, and loads of cheese. My next stop would be the happy, upbeat places such as the Islands of Hawaii or somewhere in South Latin America. I have not been to that places yet and I am hoping that if I have the chance, I would really grab the opportunity.

Yes, I hope I will be able to do that too. For the greenery aspect, I'd like to visit Ireland someday. Yes, sometimes, it is nice to get away from the tall buildings and the expressways and just see landscapes and the majestic views that God has bestowed upon us.

If I had 14 days to travel (as I have had many times) I would choose a single destination. I prefer to see one city for more time and get the feeling of it, than to run from one place to the other, take a picture and be gone.
My wish right now, for my next vacation (if I can do it) is to go to Baia, in Brasil. I would love to visit the northern part of that magnificent country.

That's nice. From what I have seen in movies like Fast and Furious 5 and Rio, Brazil is certainly interesting. Not only the scenery but the culture as well. When you go, can you post pictures? Please, please, please :) I'm like 90% sure that I will not be able to go there so at least I would get to see the place through the pictures.

5 destinations in 14 days is quite a challenge. I live in Europe and would stay in Europe, because otherwise air / train travel takes up too much time.
This is what I would do:
1. I pick a budget airlines e.g. Ryanair
2. I look for their cheapest flight from where I live
3. Stay in that city for one day
4. Hop on the plane for my next destination
5. and so on
My aim is to see as many European cpital cities as possible, prefereably the ones I haven' been to yet. They include; Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Sofia, Bucharest Madrid.

That sure is a good way to spend your 14 days. The cities you've mentioned are very nice places. Do you also want to visit Asian countries? There are also a lot of nice places in Asia like Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, and many more.

I would visit Madagascar for 4 days, Mauritius for 3 days, Dubai for 2 days, Delhi for 3 days and Beijing for 2 days. So my destinations would be Madagascar to see the wildlife, Mauritius for some palm fringed beaches, Dubai because my friend says I would love it there, India to see the Taj Mahal at Agra and China to see the Great wall. I like cities, wildlife, tropical beaches and to see historical sites. Although it is only 14 days I would be able to see 5 different places. The pace of traveling would be fast.

Before I'll visit to other countries, I'd like to visit first the tourist destinations of my country Philippines like Boracay and Palawan. I've already been to other places already except this two places. Outside the country, It's my dream to visit the Holy Land (Israel), Rome particularly in Vatican City, Hongkong, Japan and London. 14 days would not be enough.

That's good. You are very patriotic and that is a good thing. I'm guessing that you really love traveling because as what you've mentioned, these two places are the only ones you haven't visited yet. I have been to Boracay. It's a really great place. The white sands and the beach are nice. I hope you'll be able to go there soon. :)
