Are you doing this? Back then, every time I've got a weird dream I always write them on a journal or something. But for the past few weeks, I haven't been writing. You see, I write them because they would be the concept of a game I would be doing.. And I think it's a waste if I didn't write it and get hidden deep into my mind.. How about you? Do you do this too?

I've been dream journaling since I was 12. I skip a few days from time to time, but I'm typically very consistent and I try to write in it everyday. I don't feel rested unless I remember at least one dream. I like writing down my dreams so that I can continue to remember them, and even if I forget they're all there in the journal. I love dreams because I find them entertaining and inspiring, and I love forming stories out of the scattered ideas in my dreams.

I have started keep a journal of all of the dreams that I have in my life, and I am actually finding that I am learning things about myself that I never knew before. If I compare my dream journal to the diary that I keep about the things that happen in my every day life, then I find that there are actually a lot of remarkable similarities between the feelings that I record in that and the events that happen in my dreams. You should keep a close eye on your dreams because you will find that the things that occur over and over again might be trying to tell you something about the way in which you want to live your life.

Hi glaiz!
I used to keep a diary but I rarely record my dreams because most of the time, I forget them the moment I wake up. Sometimes, when I do remember them, I would forget to write them. I agree that it's a waste to let them be buried in our subconscious. I had a lot of very weird dreams and sometimes I get interested to find their meanings but since I forget most of them, I can't find the meanings. .

I do this sometimes. But only when my dreams are really weird or really bad or really good. Or else I don't really bother. And actually I don't really remember all of my dreams.

No, I don't keep a dream journal. But if I hv dreams that I know are significant (eg, they're trying to convey sth), I'll share them on certain websites (like dreammoods.com)in order to get some kind of interpretation.
