Things you do during weekend???/

I live in a city far away from my home, away from my family. So, of course, there isn't any question of spending time with my family. In fact,.I miss them even more on the weekends, when I think of my little nephew with whom I could've played if I was back there. But not all wishes are granted for all. So I try to remain happy with whatever I can do to entertain myself. Previously, I used to go to a multiplex, and watch a movie after having lunch at KFC, but the distance from my house is too great, and I usually have to stand all the while in the crowded trains for 45 minutes. Also, the sun is too hot, with temperatures well above 36° C all the while. So nowadays, I just stay put at my house and either watch tv or listen to music or read books. That is about all that I can manage nowadays on weekends.

I used to work every weekend because I had one job from Monday to Friday and another one in the weekend, but I have decided to change that. Yesterday was the last day at my weekend job and in the next months I am not going to work in the weekends. I will start again in June or July 2012, but right now I am going to relax and spend my time on other things. I plan on visiting some of the places on my island where I haven't been yet and I want to spend some time on the neighbour islands as well. When it is cold or rainy outside I like to spend the time inside the house instead and I often read, draw, paint or surf the internet.

My weekends tend to alternate between relaxing and just being another two days of the regular week. It really does depend when you think about it. There are a lot of things to do over the weekend, I will admit that much. A lot of fun and amusing things to do as well. There are just many times where I just kick back and partake in some leisure activities. Then there are some weeks where there is a list of work to get done as long as my arm. It just goes with the territory. There are a lot of tasks that are needed to be done, that are not quite done. That is the weekend for me a lot of times in a nutshell. Just more work tacked onto the work of the week. Such is the life that many do live.

I m a hardworker during the weekdays, so weekend times are precious for me. Unfortunately sometimes I have to work during weekends too but other than that I try to feel like I m still "living".. I take photos, follow art activities such as biennilals, exhibitions, movies. festivals, concerts and so on.. But since there is so little time and so many things to do, making a desicion becomes hard. Other than that sometimes I need a rest and silence, at times like this we go to a park or take a walk at the seaside, having a peaceful time eatng ice creams, chatting about different topics and having endless conversations with my hubby.

bonding with my Family, visit to my grandmother's house, watching TV, bible sharing with my Family and have fun...

these are my fave days actually: saturday and sunday.these are the times when i surf the net, riding a bike with my kid, have a long lunch time with my husband, barbecue making done by him, tagging along with bruno the dog along the sidewalks and writing my lessons for the weekdays. i see to it that i don't do all the household chores since i have with me my house assistant for her to wash clothes and clean the house too.

My weekends are fairly busy as i have college work to do and i have my job to do in the evening the day i get to relax is a wednesday as i am off college and work.If i ever have any freetime i do a few posts on my lot whilst watching some videos.Thats what im doing at the minute im trying to do as many posts as i can before i have to go to work later.Or i play a few video games either something on my ps3 or minecraft on my lap top to be creative.

During the weekend, I probably just be lazy on myself, and indulge myself the total laziness. Actually, if my mom need some help from me, I definitely would do the chore for her, otherwise, I simply be a couch potato and simply watching television or get online the whole time.

For me, weekends mean waking up naturally, doing some housework, going to the library, doing shopping, cooking some good food etc. Sometimes I prefer doing nothing, just lie in bed and listen to the radio.

Within a week, we only have one day break in school -and that is Sunday. This is the only time that we, students in our school, have the luxury of time to relax. So, what do I do to relax my mind? I usually surf the net and look for something to download -a movie for an instance, then watch it after the download. I may also go for a walk at the mall and window shop. I don't like to spend money on impulse buying. My! That would ruin my allowance!

my weekends is usually only the sundays where I usually go to play or go somewhhere out with the family to spend some quality time with everyone together and sometimes help in teaching values to children , in a childrens moral classes

During weekends I spend my time with my family especially on Sundays.Just chilling in the house and do movie marathons or do videoke..=D

During the weekend we simply relax...order take out food...watch movies and the kiddos stay in their jammies (if we arent going anywhere) they love the weekends just as much as we do! I do most of my cleaning up through the week (I am a stay at home mom) so the weekends me and my boyfriend chill and catch up on things from the week. He sometimes works late hours so he gets in late but we always enjoy the weekends because we get to be lazy and do absolutely nothing. Its my favorite time of week...the WEEK END (LOL)
