There are a lot of recipes over the internet so I suggest you look them up. I always used allrecipes.com and they have great recipes. Try making the baked one and not the one that uses gelatin since the texture would turn out better. But if you plan on selling it, non baked are a lot cheaper. I saw that you are from the Philippines and being a Filipina myself, I would love the idea. Although it would also be challenging considering the market here in the Philippines. It's hard not to lower the price of the cake without compromising the quality of the cake considering the price of the ingredients found in the market.
