Suggestions for a Weird Al inspired album

First, thank you, for taking the time to read this.
I love Weird Al's music. It doesn't matter what someone's background and music interest is--from rock to rap--people love his work, a true "erasing the borders."
I have decided that I want to do my own album, and have created a full album, with 9 songs. There's just one problem: I'm a writer, not a musician or sound tech. I have no instruments for playing, well, the music, nor do I have any sound equipment or keyboard. Any suggestions, or anyone interested in helping? I've tried posting on Craigslist music exchange, and have only gotten sound studios, and atm, I don't have funds to do that.
Weird Al's site did list a parody group, so I did send them a message. IDK if sending my lyrics to Dr. Demento, where Al got his start, would work, as I don't have a tape/cd, just lyrics, such as a spoof of the Beatles Band on the Run with "Man on the Rum." Again, any suggestions?
