Ryan Bang voted out of Showtime, but to return as another judge's proxy

I don't know if you guys watch Showtime (or even know what it is), but today, one judge was voted out by live audience and text viewers alike. Since he was almost a year on the show, the staff were crying on live tv. That was when another judge (who will be busy with her own schedules) decided it was fitting for her to pass on her spot as judge to evicted one.
As a viewer, I felt deceived. He was voted out, but due to one judge's pity, he'd be able to return! Wouldn't that be an insult to those who voted for him to be evicted? (If this would be of any bearing, for about a month, he was always 0.2% away of being voted out)

yes i watched it earlier too. it is really unfair for those people who voted him out . they spent money (text votes), effort and time to vote knowing that he can still go back as a judge. if ever Dimples wanted someone to fit in for her, she should have chosen someone who has not been a judge of showtime yet. well, let us see what will happen next Saturday during the eviction. i think the audience felt the same way as us. i have nothing against Ryan Bang, i think he is in a way cute it's just unfair. they should give the opportunity to the other artists, he's been there for a year so i think it is enough.

Controversial indeed, it was even talked about on The Buzz.
If this is of any bearing, I just found out that jhong hilario had small number of votes because the voters get confused with his name. The way his name is spelled on the video clip everyday is different from the keyword accepted by the voting system (Jhong vs Jong)
