I thought I was just exaggerating my feelings when I found out about Steve's death on the internet. A day after the news came out, I didn't feel lonely anymore. On the virtual world alone his name was mentioned no less than 2.3 million times. It certainly has taken a big impact on the world.
I don't know about most of you guys out there, but he's been my inspiration from the very time that I bought my first Apple product. I've read his biography, watched his speeches and interviews online time & time again but the man never ceases to amaze me in so many ways.
Look on the internet now, people are quoting his words of inspiration everywhere. Why does this happen? You know why. His interesting stories, ever-positive attitude, and of course - his impact on the world's revolution of technology. Forget iPods, iPhones and iPads. I'm sure at least a quarter of the world have watched or heard about Toy Story? Well that's one example.
Above all, my heartiest condolence goes out to this one man who I admire so much and his family. Thank you for being who you were, and your contribution to the world, be it products or ideas. Certainly you've changed the way we do things daily with our gadgets & comps, regardless of what use they might be.
"Stay hungry, stay foolish."
Thanks Steve.
Yours truly,
The one who has yet much to learn

He is a great man. Just like the Bill Gates.
They change our world, and give us a surprising world.
I hope the Apple will be stronger.

I think this is the million dollar question that technology fans and investors in Apple world over are asking. Will Apple survive with Jobs who was the single biggest visionary of our times. I think in the short run, there would be a list of projects that would have already kicked off under Jobs which will come out and Apple can cash in on the feel good factor for Steve Jobs. It is probably 3-5 years later that the real picture would emerge and this would be the time frame by which Apple would need to identify a heir apparent to Steve.
Cheers!
Ram

Very true Ram!! Only time can tell if they will be able to live up to the high benchmark that Stevie has for them set.
