What will you do if you have fallen in love with someone of different religion? If a relationship is just new and you arent thinking about getting married with this person it won't be this tough. right? But what if you have both been inlove with each other and wants to settle down. Suddenly religion becomes an issue from parents side.
Will you sacrifice the love, let go of the person you loved for years, move on and find someone else?

I have known some friends whose relationship went well despite of their opposing religion. Based on my observation, mostly women gave up their own religion to be in one with their husband. However, i also have a friend whose married life didn't last for long because none of them would like to give up their respective religions.
Truly, religion is one of the basis of a lasting relationship of couples. It solicits sacrifice and mutual agreement from each party.

All religions are based in love, so if the parents care, that becomes "hate" and it's bad. I think it does not matter your religion because in the end, all are based on the same principles of respect and love to each other. If someone creates a negative environment based on religion then that person is clearly not in the right way.
