Hi friends, sleeping is the favorite hobby of many people... ITS STRANGE... but true ... Many people like sleeping more than doing any other job, my daughter too has the same problem, she likes sleeping very much, but she does not sleeps too much, this is because she is tired because of her busy school life... She tells me that her friends also love to sleep... i dont know why??? my son is not having this problem because for him the most important thing is playing cricket... so he finds it better
Well friends , so any of you like sleeping...
happy posting

I love to sleep too but it just that I have a lot of work to do. I only sleep for 4-5 hours a day because of my busy life. Most of the people loved sleep because it is one way of resting yourself but too much sleep is dangerous too. Have you experience that even though you sleep so much but your body is still tired? Yes, because sleeping too much and too little is not healthy. An average adult should only sleep for 7-9 hours per day.

I used to do this----I would oversleep and look like hell. Back then I slept around 9-11 hours a day but a change of work schedule changed that bad habit. At first I felt I was completely lacking sleep with just 6-7 hours a day, but I got used to it. However, I still oversleep on weekends.

I see no problem about securing for oneself sufficient sleeping hours each day. I have observed that people who sleep well and good at nights, they do not age as fast as those people who are suffering from insomnia nor like those who deny themselves sleep because they do extra unnecessary activities in the evenings.
Taking care of one's body includes making sure that we get that most needed sleep before the clock strikes ten in the evening and waking up after it is 4 oclock in the morning.
So if you are a health buff, you will not indulge in unnecessary activities like staying late in the bars or doing late night activities which are all uncalled for anyway.

Hi to all my friends, I agree that sleeping too much can be dangerous but according to me sufficient sleep is also very essential, one should do that much work only that his/her body is able to do, unnecessary activities are not required actually so its better not to do them, because if you force your body to do some extra work, firstly you will not be able to do whatever you are doing properly, secondly, it may lead to health problems...

Hi friend, the same is with my daughter, she also is busy with a lot of school work to do and is unable to have the recommended eight hour sleep, but on holidays she has more than that... This is only the reason why she loves sleeping, as she is not able to sleep much, that is why it has became her favorite hobby..

I do not see this to be a problem at all. It is good to sleep if one feels like sleeping. Because, after all, if the body does not need sleep, one cannot sleep no matter how much one tries. This will make one feel sick and tired if one will not get off bed and do some exercising and flexing of those muscles.
The younger ones need more sleep because they are still growing up. They need sufficient sleep in order to be able to add those inches to their heights.
I had been suffering from insomnia since I was a baby yet according to my mom. So, persistently i have this feeling of lingering in me - a feeling of tiredness due to lack of sleep. I may not like it but, sadly, there is no remedy for it. There are some things that i have to observe so as to be able to secure for myself some hours of sleep everyday, though. But always, those 8 hours of sleep a day is something that i can never naturally achieve.

I admit I also like sleeping. It seems like I never get enough of it. It's like there's always something more to do before I get to bed. And then when I'm ready, I couldn't get any sleep because my mind is still swirling.
It is important healthwise, but I wouldn't bother with too much of it.

Hello.. I love sleeping too. Hehehe.. But I have a sleeping problem. At night, when I lay on my bed and tries to sleep, I just can't seem to sleep. It would take me hours just to fall asleep. I don't know why and I hate it. Especially when I have to get up early in the morning and it feels like I didn't have a good sleep.. Grruuhhh.. It would give me headache.
But at times, I oversleep too.. And the result, it makes me tired. Hehehe..

Omg I love sleeping. I can sleep for almost an entire day, especially if I didn't have enough for a couple days before. If your daughter sleeps a lot it may have to do with her busy lifestyle, but if she's a teenager, it might because she's growing. According to a lot of studies that are currently emerging, teenagers need at least 8-10 hours of sleep!

I think that it is common in children and young people to spend a lot of their time sleeping when perhaps you think that they should be doing something else. Adults tend to sleep a lot less than children because they know that they have other things that they need to do in their lives so they simply don't have the time to sleep as much as they might have done when they were younger. I sleep for around eight hours per night now, and less than that when I have a lot of work to do as I find that I am much more productive if I get up early in the morning than I am if I get up later on in the day.

I like to sleep, but I do not get much sleep nowadays because always so busy with school and other things. I sleep the most on weekends, but that is when I hate to sleep the most. I love sleeping, but do not get much sleep enough to seem like I love it.
