About internet explorer 9 !!

You might want to look into some other things. When is the last time you defragged your computer? What about deleting junk files? Whenever I notice my computer is slow, I run CCleaner and get rid of all the junk files. Go through your installed programs list and get rid of the junk you never use (and frankly never should have downloaded): shopping toolbars, weatherbug, smilies, downloaded adware games... all that stuff. After that I run Auslogics Disk Defrag. Even if it IS IE 9 that's slowing you down, Ccleaner and disk defrag will help with that. Also, try switching browsers. Once I started using Firefox, I never looked back.

I have the same problems but i have no addons i wonder if it's the internet or the computer

Some add-ons can also cause your browser to be slow.You can manage add-ons and try to disable those which you are not using.
