I had 15 red roses delivered on my wedding anniversary, as well as an iphone.I was not expecting any roses, as my husband had already got me an iphone. He also took the whole week off work, so that we could have a meal together without the children being here, as they were in school the day of our anniversary. We had planned to go away together, but i ended up in hospital a few weeks earlier and needed to be seen most days by a nurse, so that went out the window.

why, are you still single, indahfth? Or, yours doesn't happen to be as good as that of jugsjugs?
Well, jugsjugs marriage as it turned out to be, is an ideal one. And, ideal ones never will be plentiful in this world. Let us just hope and pray that our friend will have this blissful marriage until the very end. It is always a happy thought to have that there are some people who gets to be blessed by happy marriage and thus, they have and will be leading a happy family life.

I think that every marriage can go through good, as well as bad times, but when it is going through the bad times, you must think of all the good things that have happened. There are a lot of people that tend to give up on their marriage or their partners to soon, rather than sitting it out.Think of the times when you were happy and the things that you were doing together then, try to take it back to those times again, good luck.

He sounds like a dear and considerate man. I am so sorry you have had to be in the hospital again. Hope you got some relief there. I hope they were beautifully fragrant roses.

I often think our men are more sentimental than we are.

As far as the "life thing" goes, I understand. I had a problem myself over the last couple of weeks because I couldn't get my regular supplies before I ran out and the lower quality ones I had left over from when I was in the hospital damaged my skin so the nurse practioner that saw me last week for my regular appointment suggested ways to solve the problem, but when I got my regular supplies the problem solved itself. I hate it when that happens. I get checked on that problem again on Monday then I am free from doctors until Jan 12 when I go for another CT scan. I hope that turns out well.

I hope that the ct scan go well.I find that all i seem to do is have a job lot of appointments for the hospital, then i think that i have two weeks in my diary clear with no appointments, to find there is a drs appointment that has been made for me.At least i will get christmas off appointments.Good luck for the new year.

Still being seen by drs, hospital and nurses and this is a life thing, where there are other health problems, but i am not that worried, as there are things in life that we can all not change, so we tend to make the most of it.I am really in the Christmas mood and can not wait for that, so no matter what happens we will enjoy it.Hope you have a great christmas.

Congratulations, Jugsjugs! These are the most beautiful roses I've seen in a long time.
I wish you and your husband to spend many more years together. To see your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This is a gift from God - to be able to spend your life with a person you love. I hope this is your future. And now, enjoy every day of your life together.

We have had our ups and downs over the years, but i think they are the things that have made our marriage stronger.I am pleased that he still feels the same way about me, as i do for him.I am sure that we will be together for many more years to come and they will be all good years.

The thing that make a great marriage i find is, spending time together, as well as talking and if you have children to always include them. When there are problems in a marriage then the best thing to do is talk, rather than ignore each other or argue.I am sure that your marriage will last like mine and enjoy every moment.

Congratulation and pray to God for you happy married life. 15 years is not a short distance. In life there are ups and downs and both of you have faced it and passed. It is the strength of love, strength of trust. And we know where there is love, there is trust.

I will say that at the start of our marriage it was not plain sailing, as we had a few hurdles. When you have been together for as long as we have, as well as had our fair share of problems, it makes us stronger. Now I can not wait for christmas when we all get together with other friends and family and have fun.

Happy anniversary!
Too bad you had to spend your anniversary week in the hospital. But still it was so sweet of your hubby. And the week off was a nice touch to it. To be free from the kids even for just a moment.

That's real sweet. 15 years of marriage and it's still going strong, it's so enviable. To think that your husband even bought u roses on a special occasion goes to show how much u mean to him, and how much he loves u too. I wish my relationship would enter into a marriage like yours too. U made me have the urge to get married now, and fast forward it to 15 years later.

We have been together 17 years now and we both are really happy.I think that maybe in the new year we will get the chance to spend time together. We have always put each other and our children before anything else, as well as try to get to spend as much time together as we can, so perhaps that is why it has been a good marriage.

I do think that i am blessed, as the man that i am with, is just like me and likes to spend time together, as well as a family. My husband is a person that tends to enjoy the time with his family, rather than going out and i am the same.If we are together nearly all of the time, then we know all that is going on in our marriage, as well as doing lots of nice things together.

Congratulations jugsjugs, your husband is very sweet and thoughtful indeed. Though its very unfortonate that the travel was postponed but I think it is more appropriate to take care of your health first. Anyway, it is also a chance for your husband to show how much he cares for you by taking care of you during sickness.
My husband and I are also on our way to our 15th year wedding anniversary. But my husband is not as sweet as yours. The first time he gave me a rose is when one of his passenger accidently left the flower in his jeepney and that was a Valentine Day which instead of spending it with a date with me, he insisted on working because they are more commuters during days with occassion. Though I don't mind it, I know him to be not a show-off of his intention/feelings even before we are married. He wanted to spend the days not only with me but with our children as well. He love the children very much to the extend that he was very supportive in all school activities of our children. And for me, that matters most.
Wishing you all the best on the next years to come!

We can always go away another time, as i am sure that it will happen in the new year.I think that even though i could not go away there are other things that made my day and that was really nice.I am happy knowing that i am loved, wanted as well as cared for by my husband.I know that he will always be here for me as well as our children and that is what keeps a big smile on my face.

Oh how sad. Great that you have a good relationship with your husband. Those plans of yours today may not successful but just try next week or month. There may not be any interruptions by then. I am so happy for your family because I could imagine how simple and happy is it. Though I do not know what is really happening but I can feel that you have a great family. Anyway, best wishes for you and the whole family. :)

I do have a good husband and great kids, even though children have their faults at times.I feel sad that there are not more married people out there that like to spend time with each other and their children, after all a family comes as a package.I think that it is great that my husband is a caring husband as well, as a caring father. We are going to wait until the new year to get a break away, as i have less health appointment then.I hope you have a great christmas.

How sweet is your love story going. You are so very lucky, jugsjugs. And I am so very happy to see you around again. I have been away for years and to see my friends still doing mylot is quite a good pat in my back.
I am sad that you got sick and cannot proceed with the planned wedding anniversary blissful vacation. However, I can feel that you are so very happy having been blessed with such an excellent family life - the kind that everyone wishes to have.
Since mine is a wreck, let us not delve into that. My blessings come in the form of my perfect children. I call them God's bountiful gifts for me. I happen to have three.

I do think that children are a gift, as i have six children.I am pleased that my husband had no help making a choice of what to get me as a gift, as usually he never knows what to get me any other time.I feel that there are times when a relationship can be stretched, as well as times when it is running great, lol.Every one has disagreements in their life and when we were first married, there were a few of those.

I am sure that there will be time to get away together next year, if not, we can always find things that we can enjoy doing together. We have been married for 15 years, but together for over 17 years.Thankfully he has taken on my two daughters from a previous marriage and he treats them like his own.He is a great father, as well as a great husband.

Over the years there have been things that have really weakened our marriage, but over the years since then, our marriage has got stronger.I know a lot of people where their marriage has ended in just a few years of getting married.A lot of my friends have either not been together long with their partners, or have broken up after a very short time.

Fifteen years, well done, not many people last that long. The roses look really nice.Your husband even got you one rose for every year that you had been married, rather than a dozen roses, he really thought about that, when making a choice of what to get you.One treasured wife, what with the iphone as well.
