hello guys..recently i am facing lot of problems with my unverified paypal account...few months back i tried once to verify my bank account but failed because they claim that they have sent those two little amount to my bank acc but i didn't get them due to some inconvenience ...so i am trying to change my primary bank account but when i am going to verify with my new bank account it is still showing the old one and it shows that i have to put the old two amount they have sent to old bank account....well now i am trying to send my balance from old limited account to newly made account...is it possible??please suggest me something so that i can solve this problem..

Contact PayPal. Explain the situation completely. A vague statement like "due to some inconvenience" will not be a satisfactory explanation. You will have to explain exactly why, when they successfully sent the two amounts, you "did not receive them".

Do you mean that you have made a new PayPal account? This is against the Terms of PayPal, unless one is a Personal account and the other is a Business account. You will need to explain to them exactly why you needed to create a new account (and that you wish to close the old one - perhaps because you entered some data incorrectly or something?

Well, as I think you have already been told several times, you are only allowed to have one PayPal account unless the other one is a Business account.
All you need to do is to delete the bank account which you, for some reason, have not been able to verify and add the new bank account and complete the very simple verification process.

My problem last month is my paypal account is in limited status but have the ability to withdraw. I requested for the money to be transferred to my payroll account and check it after 4 days and it was there. Well, it is still with limited status but at least I know what to do... I tried to contact and e-mail Paypal, but it told me that it is not contestable. I do not know really how to deal with paypal, it took me a lot of weeks before I finally know what to do. For me, I consulted a lot of people, sending message on what to do until finally I found the answer. What you are doing, posting it on social sites is a good start!
