little girl had a crush

I need some advice here guys not for me but for my friend.. My co-workers had a 7th years old daughter, when she arranged her daughter school bag, she found a piece of letter and its written something like "Czarina loves Carlo" my co-workers got shocked when she found out that her 7th years old daughter has a crush and not only just a crush but also wrote a letter stating that words. I was also surprised when she told us about that.
What do you think guys? how should she handle this situation? or how do she confronted her daughter? I dont know what to say about her maybe some of mylotter here are mothers or a parents..
Much appreciated your advice.

That's normal. I have a 6 yo kid who already have a "crush" when he was just 4 yo. And he have classmates who have a "crush" on him too. There was even a time when one of his classmates kissed him on his cheek

Hi damned, yeah it was cute looking at them, everytime we see these young girl we always tease her about this young boy and its funny how her face expression, but her mom always tells us not to tease her that she might think that this kind of things is ok.

That's normal for a child to say that she or he has a crush on someone. But we doubt that it's really crush in its true meaning. They just say that but I guess that doesn't mean anything to them. Don't worry about it. But you still have to have a close eye on her as she grows older.

as i know this is the second time that she told us that her kid is having a crush on her classmatem, that was fun at that time, though she has a little worried this is the first time that she saw or know that her kid wrote a letter like that.

I guess it is more of an admiration and sometimes they misinterpreted it from being a playmate. I once ask my daughter about it, she told me that her classmate have a crush with a fellow classmate because he is always bringing great stuff and toys. The materials things became a great plus factor for the admiration. I think it will pass by immediately.

Hi r3jcorp, yeah! its just an admiration for the two young kids, and its quite cute.. lolz.. the young girl also told her mom why she like that boy, and she says that because their are friends and he's nice with her and their shares the snack. I told her also that dont take to much worry about it and after a week and when she meet another boy she will definitely jump an admiration again to the other boy.

I don't see any problem here guys. A crush is just a crush, especially for a 7-year old kid. It is natural for them to an infatuation at their age. Look around you, we're on a modern world and everything is possible now.

I told her also not to worry to much about it.
Yes were on the modern world right now, but it doesnt mean that we let them do what they just want to do. we still/their still need to guide their daughter throughout her admiration to this young boy.

The kids at this age are really innocent .They are so pure and ignorant that their emotions are very strong. They like or hate someone REALLY with all the heart but this has no serious implication from the kid's end. The kid is just admiring or loving Carlo. But things can get serious and messy if Carlo gets involved .Small acts of physical contact can also affect the kid and disturb the child at this phase . Hence please be careful to protect the kid from the older person. If he is a gentleman who can be talked and handled well, there is nothign like it. But no amount of talking with the kid will help. prohibition might make the crush stronger. If left that way , it may just fade off for good.
Many kids dont even identify the abuse unless they grow up an dread about it. Please talk to the kid about what happens like a friend without prohibiting.

Thanks tgv.. Yes, their so innocent and pure. So, sometimes we can't believe that at their young age they knew something about the admiration and love aside from their parents. The young boy is the same as her daughter's age. As i asked her if Carlo also know that the girl has a crush on her, as she asked her daughter it seems he knows, and she already told about it, but the daughter told her mother why he likes her because they are just friends.
I think, nowadays, we should be very careful about the kids, from the way how they interact with people specially those the older one, how they watched the TV, visualizing to the net, and in the society, there are lot of things that can be harm from them. The kids now are very smart they are a lot of question in their mind and we should always explained with them how the things will going and will affect them.

my advise is just said to his/her daughter that just convert her love to an inspiration to school to her life . but dont worry that's just puppy love but please talk to your daughter everyday say good things and bad things about love so that they will realize if she love somebody at her age .
