Can i submit triond articles to SocialBookmarking Sites?

I am planning to submit my articles on triond to social bookmarking sites and article submission websites.
Can i do that? Is it a good way to get traffic?
please advice any other ways to promote your articles apart for the above and social networking sites.

Sure, place your triond link in your networking sites, like facebook and twitter. Sure will get a lot of traffic if you have a lot of friends.

You can also actually republish your triond articles in expertscolumn. The only thing is that you have got to use the same exact username in both sites. You can then earn twice off the same articles.

It's good to link your articles in social bookmarking sites and blogs because they do increase your traffic.

I have just found stumbleupon and you can submit your link to your triond article there. I has been giving me views also. Redgage is another and redgage will pay you also for submitting the link. Redgage will normally take a long time to reach payout but you are basically only putting up your links so not a bad deal.
