I am starting to love drinking tea. My mom would prepare tea for us in different variation. Most of it are fresh. WE got lemongrass, ginger, pandan and we tried the mint tea last night. I love it even better when I would add honey on it. Last time, when I was starting to have a cough, I had a ginger tea and it helped me to get better. I also felt that my daily movement has improved. I hope though that it would help me lose weight.
Sometimes if it is too hot I would add a cube of ice on it to make it lukewarm. Although, I usually drink it hot, I wonder if it has the same effect if it is drank cold. How about you do drink it hot or cold? Do you add something on it?

Drinking tea may help you loose weight but only if you don't add sugar or honey. (honey is also sugar).
I prefer tea to coffee and drink it a lot. In the morning I drink English breakfast tea with milk, no better way to start the day in my opinion.
In the afternoon I like Ceylon tea, because it has a subtle taste. I also like Assam and Darjeeling in fact I like most teas.
In the evening I drink herbal tea 100% mint, because the theine in tea is similar to is similar to caffeine in coffee and not a good drink before going to sleep.

I think I have tried Ceylon tea before in a hotel but and it was good. But I haven't tasted Assam and Darjeeling. I love mint too we have just recently tasted it. I am planning to plant some mints here but i am not sure yet if it will grow here. I would rather try it though so we can have mint tea regularly.

In that case you have answered my question. It is not possible then because I live in a tropical country. I can only have the 15 degrees C during December to January. How unfortunate.

In my green tea I also add a lemon to have a better taste. I would suggest to you that instead of using brown sugar you use honey. Honey also got several benefits for health. In fact, it is good also for cold symptoms.

Yes, I like drinking tea. I do believe in the herbal value of tea too. I drink black tea and also green tea. During the course of the day, I would drink atleast two cups of tea, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I also like the taste of gensing tea.

There are a lot of benefits in drinking tea. It is a very good antioxidant as well. Where do you get your ginseng tea?
