I just cashed-out yesterday. I hope it does not turn into a scam. For the 2nd payment, I think they require investment (like transferring several amount into your rental balance, etc) before you can cash out.

The site is still alive. However, their Paypal account was limited and cashouts are done manually even for upgraded members. For your 2nd cashout, you'll need to request for exact or more than $5. Also, you need to remember the cashout rule: Total amount you can cashout = $5 + 150% of investment - total amount withdrawn. Also, an additional rule implement recently due to the paypal issue is that you can only withdraw from the payment processor you used to for the last 90 days.

We're both from the Philippines and all I can tell you is that we can use Alertpay. The only problem though with Alertpay is that we can only withdraw our earnings via Bank wire which costs $15 per transaction. According to the updates by the Incrasebux admin, he's trying to address the issue with Paypal.

I hope it´s not a scam site as I have more than $10 and I´m a premium member. I want to have more money there to rent some referrals so that I can invest the amount that the site wants me to, in order to cash out.
