Help.. I need some weight lost tips for quick weight lose!!

Hey im wanting to lose alot of amount of weight by my b-day which is the 2nd of january i want to be my goal weight 135lbs by then.. i have tryed different ways and hav succeed i lost 40 lbs which is great now i want 2 lose up to i get to 135 but heres the thing i no is exercise helps a lot but what foods are best and what are the best ways i can lose the weight from now until january fast??

I too, am trying to lose weight. So far I have lost 20 lbs. by cutting down on snacking. My down fall is snacks in front of the tv at night. I also eat an oat cereal for breakfast and a very light lunch. Sounds like you already know what to do if you're down 40 lbs. Good luck with the rest.

Here are my tips:
drinks: water
food: everything except: pasta (all kinds), pizza, cookies, bread, biscuits, rice, potatoes, candies, chocolate, cake, pie, sugar (includes everything that has sugar in it too), potatoe chips, etc.
or
drinks: water/fresh juice (made by yourself out of fruit
food: all different kinds of fruit.
or
drinks: water, coffee (without milk and sugar), tea (without milk and sugar
food: only the fluid kinds of food like soup (home made no pasta in it), yoghurt (not adding anything) etc.

tried this diet when I was diagnosed with DIABETES.iT WORKS i LOST 35lbs. in 3 months...but I've regained all of it......since becoming unemployed 2 months ago,I stopped dieting,no exercise whatsoever and quit taking medication.

Eat porridge for breakfast, 200ml of water and 100gms of rolled oats, nothing else.
Repeat for lunch. Eat a balanced healthy meal at night
Or swap lunch and dinner
Eat no meat, eat plenty of oily fish.
Do at least 1/2 of exercise that makes you out of breath and sweating at least 3 times a week and aim to increase
Fast every other day

WoW.. Ok i was thinking that.. oat meal threw the day and a good meal no eating after 7 and exercise fasting is a good 1 thanx!! i will keep this in mind!!

You have already lost very much weight. I suggest eating lots of vegetables and just a little fruit because it contains sugar. It is wise to drink lots of water every day. Doing fat burning exercise is ever so important. A good snack to have is cucumber and carrot sticks in a low fat dip.
Exercise that I like includes swimming, dancing, going to the gym, walking, cycling and skipping. I see some people out running and that is a worthwhile exercise. I believe cycling 6 miles a day kept me really slim. Now I am older I need to lose some weight and plan to do so by Christmas.
Good luck losing the weight you need by your birthday.

I have few good ideas like drinking lime juice early in the morning, meditation, yoga and walking few kms every day.. try it and feel the difference.

Hai...nice to here that you already lost 40lbs weight. keep on doing good exercise. Prefer fruits rather than juices. Use 1Kg oil per month prefer fish oil it is very good for health. Do not skip any meal it increases your weight. Have more vegetables and fruits. Hope you will do it..

there are all crash diet schemes.. heard of GM weekly diet..

it surely works but all these can make u look sick and thin . The best thing apart frm dieting and exercising is to chew gum!!!
Really , it retain the chubbiness of the face and cheek and you can continue with the youthful look!
