what to do,when cashout pin and secret question & answer,is forgetten in ptc

i am member of bigtimebux from 2 months and when i reached my 1st payment, they are asking for cashout pin,in which i have to answer for secret question. secret question was easy ,as i have asked 'what is ur mother's name'?and as i know my mother's name ,i have written it,but they are telling my answer is not right. and so i cant able to cashout my amount in bigtimebux. is this site legit or scam? incrasebux is also not paying for me,from more than one week.previously it paid within 2-one week. are u clicking for both sites and are getting payments?

i think you added any numbers or symbols in your secret answer, just keep trying.
or
submit a support ticket to bigtimebux or discuss it with admin of bigtimebux through their own forum. i think they will contact you through email, because there is no automated options to recover your secret question's answer.

They do it purposely. There is no other way to get the money. They won't send the PIN to our email. Just give a try by contacting the admin. But chances are very less.
While sending the login information to our email, they could send the PIN also, but they don't. They know most of the people will not remember the PIN.

Remember from now on to use No as your answer to all secret questions they may ask you 
Yes i think they are doing this because they don`t really want to pay you.You are a valuable member as long as they can use you and as long as you pay but not when you reach payout.
