what u do if you have authority to do anything to criminals and terroists

what u will do if u have authority to do anything to these peoples who have taken lifes of those innocent peoples,
from my opinion instead of killing i will take the eyes of those and given to those blind men who need these,take the both kidneys of those and donate them,take every drop of blood from them so at least we can do something good to society

I would not do anything because for me,my life is more important than anything else.IF i try to kill them the chances is that i would get killed first by them.Military exist for a reason.So we as a common person has nothing to do anything a terrorist unless the terrorist is in action.All i can do is to inform the police.

i m not taking eye for an eye,i m giving eye to someone who needs than that person who killed innocent peoples
